"Our body holds the wisdom to heal and thrive—it just needs the right support and guidance to unlock its full potential."

Did you know that, according to the World Health Organization, approximately 1.3 million women in the U.S. enter menopause each year?

Yet so many women feel unprepared, unsupported, and misunderstood during this pivotal time in their lives. As a registered dietitian and functional medicine practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how hormonal imbalances can impact energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

My own journey into functional medicine, however, began long before I started working with women in perimenopause and menopause. In my 20s, I faced a major health crisis. Doctors told me I would never work or live a typical life, even advising my husband to give up on the idea of a full recovery. Refusing to accept that as my future, I spent over a decade healing and reclaiming my life.

That experience not only restored my health but also ignited a passion to help others. I became a registered dietitian, but something still felt incomplete. While my own health journey fueled my passion for a deeper, more functional approach to healing, it was through my work with women that I began to see a clear pattern—hormonal imbalances were at the root of many of their struggles, especially during perimenopause and menopause. Having walked through this stage of life myself, I know firsthand that balanced hormones change everything—energy, metabolism, and overall well-being.

This realization led me to pursue advanced training in functional medicine, where I now help women over 45 uncover the root causes of hormonal imbalances, restore balance, and reclaim their energy. I believe there is always hope for a more vibrant future—and I’m here to help you find yours.

I am passionate about supporting my patients in achieving positive health outcomes and reaching their wellness goals. I’m in it with you!

At RAE Functional Nutrition & Wellness, we believe your body is designed to thrive.

With the right combination of personalized nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and mindfulness, I’ll guide you toward uncovering the best version of yourself as you enter this transformative phase of life.

I’ve walked this path myself and know the challenges firsthand. Today, I feel more energized, confident, and balanced than ever—and I want you to know you can feel this way too.

My Mission
Empowering Women Over 45

I’m passionate about helping women take control of their health by understanding their unique hormonal needs. Traditional medicine has its place, but it doesn’t always recognize the nuances of women’s health, especially during menopause.

Too often, we’re told to accept our symptoms as “normal” or “just part of aging.”

I’m here to tell you that wellness is possible.

With evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle changes, and functional medicine, I’ve created a sustainable approach that empowers women to feel their best—no matter their age.

What is Functional Medicine?

Functional medicine focuses on identifying and addressing the root causes of health concerns rather than just managing symptoms with a band-aid approach. It’s about seeing the whole picture and recognizing that every person is unique. This approach creates a personalized path to wellness, specifically designed for you.

Think of it as a journey to understand the signals your body is sending—piecing together clues, addressing imbalances, and helping you feel your best. Step by step, we peel back the layers to uncover what your body truly needs to thrive.

As a licensed dietitian with advanced training in functional medicine, I specialize in helping women over 45 navigate hormonal shifts, restore energy, and achieve balance. Together, we’ll create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs, supporting your health and vitality every step of the way.
